Ziele
der DACHS-Studie
Die DACHS-Studie soll
unter anderem zur Beantwortung folgender Fragen beitragen:
- In welchem Alter sollte die erste
Vorsorgeuntersuchung erfolgen?
- Welche Zeitintervalle sind
für Vorsorgeuntersuchungen sinnvoll (insbesondere für
die Vorsorge-Darmspiegelung)?
- Inwieweit sollten die
Vorsorgeintervalle für unterschiedliche Risikogruppen
differenziert werden?
- Wie groß ist der Einfluss
weiterer Faktoren, die in Zusammenhang mit der Entstehung und
Vermeidung von Darmkrebs gebracht wurden oder in Zusammenhang stehen
könnten?
- Wie groß ist der Einfluss von
Faktoren, die in Zusammenhang mit Behandlung und Prognose von Darmkrebs
gebracht
wurden oder in Zusammenhang stehen könnten?
- Welchen Einfluss hat die Erkrankung
auf die langfristige Lebensqualität?

of the DACHS study
The DACHS study
was established to investigate the following
questions:
- At what age should the first
screening examination take place?
- What time
intervals between screening examinations (notably screening
endoscopy) are reasonable?
- Should there be different screening
intervals for different risk groups?
- What is the impact of risk or
preventive factors
that might be or were found to be associated with the risk of
colorectal cancer?
- What is the impact of risk or
preventive factors that
might be or were found to be associated with the treatment and
prognosis of colorectal cancer?
- What is the impact of the disease
on long-term quality of life?
